## What We Do

Icarus Productions is a post-production-only video agency that builds structured video systems for three industries:

- **SaaS**: Product explainer videos, onboarding sequences, feature walkthroughs, customer education libraries, and demo restructuring. We help SaaS companies reduce trial-to-churn and improve user activation rates.
- **E-Learning**: Full course video production, micro-learning modules, interactive assessments, instructor-led content enhancement, and platform onboarding tutorials. We design for cognitive retention, not just completion rates.
- **Corporate**: Executive message films, internal training programs, compliance modules, employer branding films, and investor presentation visuals. We replace forgettable training with structured, retention-focused content.
- **Healthcare**: Patient condition explainers, procedure animations, clinical training modules, and compliance-friendly motion graphics. We simplify complex medical information for patients and staff.

## How We Work

We operate entirely in post-production. No filming required. We work with:
- Screen recordings (client records via Loom/OBS, we post-produce)
- 2D motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Illustrator)
- Stock footage (Artgrid, Envato, Pond5)
- Remote voiceover (Voice123, Voices.com)
- Client-supplied footage (we edit and enhance in post)

Average delivery: 5–7 weeks. 6-phase production framework. 3-round review cycle.
